Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to play a critical role in a current NetSuite implementation. This individual will focus primarily on NetSuite customization and integration development, with additional responsibilities in administration and system configuration. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in NetSuite, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and configurations in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements.
- Work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful integrations with Salesforce using MuleSoft & REST API’s
- Support data migration, system configuration, and customization during the NetSuite implementation process.
- Develop and maintain web services, and custom APIs for third-party system integrations.
- Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and provide long-term technical solutions.
- Assist in NetSuite administrative tasks including user role/permission management, saved searches, dashboards, and scheduled scripts.
- Document solutions, technical specifications, and support procedures.
- Train and support end users as necessary during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems.
- Prior experience in a NetSuite ERP implementation or major system upgrade project.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and common integration patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable NetSuite solutions.
- Basic NetSuite administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills – capable of effectively gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce integration experience via middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred).
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and reporting using tools like Snowflake.
- NetSuite certifications a plus.
