About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with an innovative organization seeking a Social Copywriter to develop compelling, brand-driven content that engages audiences across social media and digital channels.
This role combines strategic storytelling with creative concept development, crafting impactful messaging for social media, websites, email campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands how to adapt voice, tone, and messaging to different platforms while leveraging consumer insights and performance data to maximize engagement.
Working closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help shape brand messaging, contribute creative ideas for integrated campaigns, and explore emerging technologies that enhance content creation and creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, platform-specific copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media channels, tailoring messaging to each audience and platform.
- Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy across social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising, and other customer touchpoints.
- Brainstorm, concept, and develop creative ideas for integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and creative partners to deliver cohesive campaigns that align messaging with visual design.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all digital and social platforms.
- Leverage consumer insights, audience research, and campaign performance data to refine messaging and improve content effectiveness.
- Capture, curate, edit, and optimize content that reflects the organization's brand identity and supports marketing objectives.
- Present creative concepts and messaging recommendations to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback throughout the creative process.
- Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, AI-powered content tools, and evolving consumer behaviors to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media copywriting, digital copywriting, content strategy, or a related creative role.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and successful social-first and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience writing for social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand voice development, storytelling, audience engagement, and platform-specific content strategies.
- Experience using consumer insights, analytics, and performance data to optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, enterprise project management platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma within collaborative creative environments.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content tools and emerging technologies that enhance creative workflows is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
