Attorney – Premises Liability/Settlement (Temporary Contract)
Our client, a major energy company, is seeking an experienced attorney to work on their Premises Liability/Settlement matters. The role is 35 hours per week anticipated to start immediately. The expected duration is one year. This position will work remotely with occasional in-office presence required for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
-Evaluate and Resolve Claims
-Prepare Requests for Settlement Authority
-Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
