Great recruiting isn’t about filling roles. It’s about seeing what others don’t.

The best recruiters know that behind every search is a business challenge, a market to navigate, and a person who can change the outcome. They know how to ask the right questions, read between the lines, challenge assumptions, and find talent where others may not think to look.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who brings that level of perspective to every search. Someone who can take ownership of complex mandates, build trust with clients and candidates, navigate challenging talent markets, and turn insight into action.

If you’re at your best when the search is complex, the talent is hard to find, and the right answer isn’t always obvious, we’d like to meet you!

MEET THE ROLE: YOUR PURPOSE:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and clients, translating business needs into effective search strategies, challenging assumptions when needed, and providing insight throughout the recruitment process. You will manage complex searches with a high degree of autonomy, build meaningful relationships with high-caliber talent, and ensure every recommendation is grounded in both expertise and evidence.

This is a senior Individual Contributor role for someone who wants to make an impact through search expertise, client partnership, and consistently strong delivery.

WHERE YOU’LL MAKE YOUR MARK:

  • Own & Lead Searches: Take full ownership of complex recruitment searches from intake and strategy through candidate delivery, selection, and successful placement.
  • Advise & Partner: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and clients, understand the business behind the brief, and provide informed recommendations throughout the search.
  • Shape Search Strategy: Develop targeted sourcing and talent strategies based on role requirements, market conditions, competitive intelligence, and the availability of relevant talent.
  • Assess & Recommend: Evaluate candidates beyond the resume, assessing experience, capabilities, motivations, and alignment with the role and business context.
  • Bring Market Intelligence: Provide clients with relevant insights on talent availability, compensation dynamics, competitive markets, candidate expectations, and search challenges.
  • Drive Search Outcomes
  • Maintain momentum, manage stakeholders effectively, anticipate obstacles, and ensure searches progress with quality, urgency, and accountability.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

You’ll be successful when you’re:

  • Owning complex searches independently, bringing clear strategy, structure, and consistent follow-through from intake through placement.
  • Delivering high-quality talent by presenting qualified, well-assessed candidates who align with both the technical requirements and broader business needs.
  • Building trusted client partnerships by becoming a knowledgeable recruiting advisor who brings perspective, market insight, and solutions—not simply resumes.
  • Adapting your search strategy based on market realities, talent availability, client feedback, and search performance.
  • Building strong candidate relationships by creating a thoughtful, credible, and professional recruitment experience that strengthens the firm’s reputation.
  • Driving consistent execution by moving searches efficiently from intake to placement through strong communication, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Sharing expertise and influence by contributing market knowledge, recruiting expertise, and ideas that strengthen the broader search team.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE:
You bring:

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, or a related consultative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle recruitment searches with significant autonomy.
  • Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior-level, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers, clients, or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of search strategy, talent markets, and candidate assessment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting technology.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
  • Strong command of Boolean search, passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
