The Role: Senior AE
As a Senior AE, you will play an active role in driving growth and development across the assigned region and the entire recruitment lifecycle within your very own niche tech — owning and managing a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels. You’ll be supported with upskilling across candidate sourcing and business development to ensure you conduct yourself and your business the R2 Global powered by Talento way. Your objectives span developing business relationships from conception through strategised client outreach, catering to your clients’ staffing requirements, and managing the ongoing growth of those relationships. You’ll serve as the client contact during Kickoffs, Calibrations, and Debrief meetings, and use data to proactively source and attract top candidates through compelling outreach — building a robust network that delivers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to offer and aftercare — across multiple functional areas and seniority levels
- Build and grow a client portfolio through strategic outreach, meaningful relationship-building, and a genuinely consultative approach
- Lead client-facing touchpoints including kickoffs, calibrations, and debrief sessions — becoming the go-to trusted advisor, not just a vendor
- Proactively source and attract top talent through compelling, multi-channel outreach, building a pipeline your clients will actually get excited about
- Conduct in-depth interviews and deliver sharp, well-reasoned candidate evaluations that help hiring managers make confident decisions
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, report on search progress, and keep stakeholders ahead of the curve
- Collaborate cross-functionally on BD efforts, client proposals, and internal projects — contributing to something bigger than just your desk
- Champion the R2 Global powered by Talento standard in everything you do — quality, care, and that unmistakable edge that sets us apart from the mass market
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of industry experience with proven 360 recruitment expertise
- Strong candidate and client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify pain points and deliver real solutions
- Experience across the full sourcing and candidate lifecycle, including ATS and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Confident communicator with strong business acumen — you can hold a room and write a compelling proposal
- Driven by collaboration, quality, and doing the right thing — every time
- Agile, organised, and comfortable with high volume without losing your standards
