MEET THE ROLE: YOUR PURPOSE:
Supports the recruiting team by researching, sourcing, engaging, and assessing talent to build strong, qualified pipelines for active searches.
The role focuses on talent research, candidate sourcing, outreach, initial screening, and recruiting support, working closely with experienced recruiters throughout the recruitment process. It leverages sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, online research, professional networks, and market insights to identify relevant talent and generate qualified candidate flow.
This role also contributes to the candidate experience by serving as an initial point of contact, conducting early-stage screening conversations, and maintaining consistent communication through the initial stages of the process.
Success requires strong research and communication skills, curiosity, attention to detail, organization, and a genuine interest in people and talent. Research & Source: Identify relevant professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, databases, job boards, professional networks, and other research channels.

Engage & Screen: Develop personalized outreach, initiate conversations, conduct initial screenings, and assess alignment with role requirements.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with professionals to support current searches and future opportunities.

Inform Search Strategy: Translate role requirements and market insights into targeted research and sourcing approaches, helping recruiters identify qualified and hard-to-find talent.

Manage Search Activity: Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and prepare search reports and sourcing insights to support recruiting decisions.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE:
You bring:
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

0–1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, research, or a related field.

Exposure to candidate sourcing, talent research, or initial candidate assessment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Preferred: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

Preferred: Basic understanding of Boolean search and online research techniques.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
