Project Manager – Analytics, AI, and Data Privacy

Overview
Talento has partnered with a global multi-billion-dollar enterprise in the insurance space looking for a Project Manager to lead the business delivery and change management of high-impact AI, and automation and compliance projects in the North America Claims and UW functions. This role requires a PM experienced in business-driven technology implementations, preferably within insurance or financial services.
Qualifications
- Develop detailed planning for implementation of standards across the region for Data Privacy (including Data Flow Mapping and Data Flow Risk Assessment and ROPA maintenance, DPIAs)
- Develop structured project plans, timelines, RACI, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate model development cycles, data requirements, datasets, model validation, and deployment
- Serve as the business lead for all AI implementations, working closely with Data, IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Claims SMEs
- Facilitate working sessions to refine data inputs, success criteria, and model performance metrics
- Lead system testing, model output validation, and UAT with Claims SMEs
- Ensure adherence to model risk management standards and documentation requirements
- Oversee pilot deployments, performance tracking, exception handling, and hypercare
- Partner with Ops and Change teams to implement new workflows, rules, and SOPs
- Coordinate user training, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure adoption readiness and seamless embedding of AI capabilities into existing processes
- Provide regular updates to Executive Leadership and Steering Committees
- Own RAID logs, dependency mapping, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-functional alignment
- Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and delivery tracking (if using external AI providers)
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and Data Privacy related projects
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Project/Program Management (insurance or claims highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of TPA operations, claims workflows, and data integration
- Experience working with Guidewire, data warehouses, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution skills
- Strong analytical and data mapping experience
- PMP, Scrum Master certification, or similar credential is a plus
