End User Technology Engineer

The End User Technology Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern endpoint management solutions that enhance security, performance, and user experience across the organization. This role focuses on the adoption of modern device provisioning and management platforms to reduce risks associated with legacy hybrid environments. The End User Technology Engineer will manage Windows and macOS endpoints, implement device management solutions, and develop standardized workflows for device imaging, patching, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Support the adoption and optimization of modern endpoint provisioning and management platforms to mitigate risks associated with legacy hybrid environments.
- Manage configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Implement and maintain device management platforms such as Intune, JAMF, and other MDM solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for device imaging, patching, provisioning, and deployment.
- Establish and maintain hardware and software standards, ensuring consistency and security across the endpoint environment.
- Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and compliance, addressing issues proactively.
- Partner with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint management aligns with organizational policies and security standards.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices related to endpoint management and lifecycle operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint environments.
- Hands-on experience with device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other MDM solutions.
- Experience managing Windows and macOS endpoints in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of endpoint provisioning, imaging, patch management, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with endpoint security practices and compliance standards.
- Experience developing automation or deployment workflows for device provisioning and updates.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
