We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep experience in paid media strategy and execution across Google, Shopping, Retargeting, and Programmatic platforms. You’ll be key in growing our U.S. and Canadian eCommerce presence, managing media partners, and optimizing spend for ROAS and customer acquisition. This role is very DTC focused!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, Display, and Programmatic.
  • Manage agency relationships and budgets, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
  • Leverage market insights from the U.S. and Canada to tailor campaigns and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS), and run A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Use analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Looker) for data-driven decision making and budget forecasting.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in paid media, ideally within retail or an agency.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Shopping feeds, analytics, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance through data and optimization.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and proactive with a growth mindset.
  • Must be on EST time zone.
