Associate Attorney Employment and Labor Law

Overview:
TalentoHC has partnered with a leading Plaintiff’s law firm seeking a Labor and Employment/Litigation Attorney with experience in Nevada Courts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional presentation in-person and via phone
- Regular communication with clients
- Plaintiff representation in lawsuits involving employment and labor claims
- Mediation, arbitration, trial
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws (NERC, EEOC)
- Working knowledge of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to identify urgent tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Must have a Nevada Bar License
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and an excellent academic track
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
- Onsite in Las Vegas, NV
