Talento has partnered with an enterprise organization seeking to hire a Loyalty Manager on site in South Florida. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing support of products within the company's loyalty program. This role manages the full product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy through execution and delivery—while partnering with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, QA, CRM, and IT. This individual will serve as the Product Owner and project manager for loyalty initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that enhance customer engagement and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle, including idea generation, evaluation, requirements gathering, UX/UI collaboration, development, rollout, and performance measurement.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and communications for loyalty and co-brand initiatives in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies, coordinate program updates, offers, training, and issue resolution.
  • Define and oversee testing plans for new functionality to ensure alignment with business needs and technical design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, CRM, design, engineering, content, and revenue teams to deliver seamless, effective product experiences.
  • Conduct research and business case development for new loyalty features, program enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Stay informed on loyalty industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one of the following: loyalty program management, travel or hospitality, high-growth environments (e.g., startups, consulting), or systems design and delivery
  • Strong project and product management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
  • Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams and build alignment in a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of loyalty platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience with testing processes (UAT) and ensuring feature quality and business alignment
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to drive measurable results
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence across various levels of an organization
