Katie is a Business Development Representative who has been with R2 since May 2021. Her journey at R2 has encompassed roles in administration, internal talent acquisition, 360 recruitment, and now business development. She brings a wealth of expertise in building strong client relationships and focuses on driving success in the ERP and EPM industry. In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring new cuisines, expressing her creativity, and giving back to her local community

Archie is one of the Partners at R2 Global. He joined in 2018, originally as an employee and was quickly brought onto the board as a partner. He now oversees the ERP and EPM teams as well as being heavily responsible for building out the public sector division, as well as fulfilling his day to day operational duties.

As Talent Partner at R2, Abbie wears many different hats. Abbie focuses on our Internal hiring, learning & development and support and if you need anything Abbie will try her best to help. With over 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Talent Management, and Operations, with a strong background in high-growth startups. Agile, positive, and adaptable, she approaches every challenge as an optimistic problem-solver. Abbie spent over a year volunteering at a local charity, supporting everything from fundraising to kitchen work, supplying community food parcels and offering support to those in need, something she is proud of. A passionate animal lover, she shares her life with her two dogs—Nala the Golden Retriever who was a rescue and David the Black Labrador who is always up to mischief!

Chris is a founding Partner at R2, Main focus being building out the eCommerce team. When not in the office he's on the golf course or walking his two Dachsunds Walter and Scofield.

Emma Reilly

Product Manager

Emma Reilly

Emma is a Technical Product Manager with over 20 years of experience in digital product development. As well as overseeing all aspects of the R2 technology stack, she is responsible for developing further innovation that helps both our clients and team to achieve their goals. Emma is a specialist in no-code technology and has written a bestselling book on the subject. In her free time she enjoys painting, crafting and is an avid Lego builder.

Finlay Forster

Finlay Forster

Finlay joined R2 Global in 2022 to head up our Staff Augmentation and Workday divisions. He has 10 years experience across B2B/B2C Sales and Recruitment. Finlay spent several years working on his family farm prior to making the move into sales.
