Talent Acquisition Partner
Talento has partnered with a Global Financial institution looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be responsible for sourcing, assessing, managing postings and approvals through their ATS and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers
- Opening positions in our ATS
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Coordinating interview scheduling
- Following up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
- Running background checks
- Managing recruitment activities from intake to offer stage
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Financial services experience a plus
