The Manager, Strategic Projects is a high-impact role responsible for leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on transformation, operational improvement, and business performance. This position partners cross-functionally to drive execution of complex initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable results and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation.
- Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Bring clarity and structure to complex and ambiguous business challenges.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution roadmaps with defined success metrics.
- Build data-driven business cases and financial analyses to support key initiatives.
- Drive measurable business impact, including operational efficiencies, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization.
- Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials that communicate insights, progress, and recommendations.
- Identify and remove cross-functional barriers to execution through collaboration and influence.
- Support broader enterprise transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with analysts and project contributors to ensure accountability and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic project management, consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience building business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-department environments preferred.
