Overview
 The Manager, End User Computing & Collaboration Technology leads the delivery, optimization, and support of all end user technologies, including M365 applications, endpoint devices, and related systems. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving user experience excellence, ensuring system security and reliability, and implementing innovative solutions—such as AI-powered tools—to enhance productivity and collaboration across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps for end user technologies that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.
 - Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end user devices and collaboration tools (M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
 - Manage and deliver technology projects including software deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
 - Implement and support end user AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, including training and adoption plans.
 - Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers, managing L2/L3 escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution.
 - Configure and administer M365 workloads, user accounts, permissions, and compliance policies.
 - Oversee endpoint management through Microsoft Intune for both corporate and personal devices, ensuring data security and compliance.
 - Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams to deliver seamless technology experiences.
 - Establish and maintain technology standards, documentation, and training resources for users and IT staff.
 - Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics for end user technologies and collaboration platforms.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
 - 7+ years of experience in IT end user support, collaboration technology, or endpoint management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
 - Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and Microsoft Intune.
 - Proven experience managing endpoint security, compliance, and policy configurations.
 - Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and IT service frameworks (ITIL preferred).
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Relevant certifications (MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL, or similar) preferred.
