Known for their commitment to technological innovation and operational excellence, they’ve recently undergone a major digital transformation and are now looking for a skilled Workday HCM Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is key to supporting their HR transformation initiatives, leveraging Workday to enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.

About the Role
As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the configuration, optimization, and management of the Workday HCM platform. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to drive seamless implementation of system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions that improve HR efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, including system upgrades, new modules, and process enhancements.
  • Partner with HR teams to analyze and document business requirements, translating them into efficient Workday solutions.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, data audits, and validation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and efficient resolutions while adhering to SLAs.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and support documentation.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure system integrations with other HR technologies are functioning effectively.
  • Stay informed on new Workday features and functionalities, providing recommendations for their adoption within the organization.
  • Support HR analytics and reporting by developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with proven experience in system configuration, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and experience working closely with HR teams.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following Workday modules: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, creating dashboards, and generating custom reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
