About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesforce Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing talented Salesforce professionals with our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements and match them with the best candidates for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and attract top Salesforce professionals to match our client’s needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant, preferrably within the area of Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Salesforce roles.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
